I feel like the majority of people just workout for the sake of working out. However, if you look at training and working out from a different perspective, you can use this privilege to get much more out of it.

In our busy daily schedules, we rarely get the time to tune in with ourselves and connect with how we feel internally, adjust our emotions, and not just react of our environment and everything that is going on around us. 

We can use it to set our mindsets for success and fuel our thoughts with useful, positive and necessary ideas. 

The thing is, if we let our environment control us, meaning we just go on autopilot reacting to situations, without controlling our emotions or noticing the way we perceive everyday life, then we can't be in control of ourselves including our attitude, emotions and also physical appearance. 

By using our "working out" time we can tune into the correct mindset for success, and that way accelerate more when performing outside the gym too.

I believe one of the main things about training, working out, bodybuilding, whatever, should be about getting better and becoming better everywhere, not just muscle or physique wise.

The majority of our lives is obviously spent outside the gym, and so if we can use our working out time to improve our lives outside the gym, then this can give a whole different meaning and importance to working out.

This will allow you to accelerate drastically, not just by transforming your physique completely. But, also by the way you handle yourself. The way you hold yourself in public, with friends, and around people. 

You can stand taller, be more proud, confident and comfortable because you hold yourself high and you have high standards of yourself that allow you to feel that way.

This doesn't mean you should be cocky or a jerk to other people. But, the exact opposite. When you are comfortable and confident, you can be more accepting, genuine, honest and supportive of other people.
